KUCW is a television station licensed to Ogden, Utah, United States, broadcasting the CW network to Salt Lake City and the state of Utah.

KUCW has a large network of broadcast translators that extend its over-the-air coverage throughout Utah, as well as portions of Nevada and Wyoming.

In February 2006, Clear Channel obtained the KUCW call letters and placed them on a Coos Bay, Oregon satellite of KMTR in Eugene, Oregon in anticipation of the acquisition of KUWB.
